Example menus

• Breakfast - A choice of eggs benedict, a stack of pancakes or a smashed pea, mint & tomato on sourdough toast. All served with a selection of pastries, tea and coffee.
• Prosecco and Cake - A selection of mini scones, lemon and poppyseed loaf, brownie bites and the cake of day. All washed down with prosecco.
• Lunch - To start you can choose between a goats cheese or beetroot and walnut salad. For mains, it’s lemon harissa chicken skewers or grilled vegetable skewers both served with fresh lemon couscous and summer leaf salad. To finish, you’ll get a double chocolate brownie. The food will be served with sommelier-selected wines.
• Cocktails - One pre-flight champagne cocktail and two created in the sky, each chosen from a mixologist-created menu, choosing from espresso martinis to prosecco bellinis, old fashioneds and more.
• Dinner - Guests start with heritage tomato & whipped feta salad then choose between a lemon & thyme chicken dish, fillet of hake or tandoor gobhi. To finish there is a summer citrus tart. Served with a choice of red or white wine.

Against a backdrop of the capital’s stunning skyline, you will enjoy first-class food and drink while suspended 100ft in the air. • A minimum age of 12 or height of 1.4m applies. Under 18s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A maximum weight of about 120-130kg is advised for guests to feel comfortable.
