Aperitivo

• Artisan Spritz - choose between Berto Aperitivo or Bitter from the Distilleria Quaglia, or Baladin Beermouth and tonic
• Focaccia Tasters - homemade focaccia using a 48hr fermented dough, cooked in a Castelli oven and topped with premium Italian ingredients
• Baccalà cod and potato balls - Venetian-style cod (baccalà mantecato) mixed with boiled potato and egg, fried and served with a selection of our home-made dressings
• Mini-Ciambotta - small bread roll, hollowed out and filled with a heartwarming vegetable stew with red onions, aubergine, raisin and olives

Mains

• Tagliolini butter, asparagus and parmesan cheese - fresh egg and semola pasta prepared with British asparagus, butter and topped with Italian parmesan cheese
• Josper baked lamb with a honey and thyme dressing - lamb marinated in beer and cooked in a charcoal Josper oven, served a punto with a honey and thyme dressing

Dessert

• Beer-a-misù - classic Tiramisù made extra special by the addition of a Baladin beer reduction on top
