A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents needed; it becomes non-refundable if transferred. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed to enter the show.

If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.

For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
