Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can get a seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, entry will not be possible, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash, as instructed by our musicians.

No. Tickets are not available on site; you can only buy them through the Fever app or the Fever website.

Yes, you can transfer tickets to someone else free of charge. To do so, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us and provide your order number.

For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. To make a change, please contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase. Alternatively, you can open your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if the option is enabled, you'll see the "Change date and/or time" button there, and you simply follow the steps provided. Guests who need support during the experience can request a free ticket for their personal carer. To do so, contact us with proof of your support needs or your entitlement to a free carer ticket. Once we've received the proof, we'll send you a voucher that you can use to get the carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket. Please note that, due to the historic nature of the building, Schloss Arenfels is not accessible.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.

Should the weather affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.

Schloss Arenfels is easy to reach by car and public transport. By car, you can reach the castle from Bonn or Koblenz via the B42, exit Bad Hönningen. From Bad Hönningen station (RE8, RB27), it's about a 20-minute walk.

Yes, you can buy food and drink at this event. However, gluten-free or vegan options are not guaranteed.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
