Candlelight: Lord of the Rings

Tickets are non-refundable. You can check the Terms and Conditions for details. Tickets purchased with the flexible cancellation option are excluded from this.

The flexible cancellation ticket, available for select events, lets you request a refund or exchange by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience, with no documentation required. For refunds, the full ticket amount is returned, excluding the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket: for credit card or PayPal payments, the amount is returned to the same account (this may take more than 10 days), while payments made with a coupon will receive a new coupon in the app. For exchanges, you'll receive a coupon for the same amount, which can only be used for the same experience. Tickets transferred to another user cannot be refunded.

Subject to availability, it can also be purchased at the venue (by credit card only); those who purchase online have priority.
