With art-nouveau angels, rococo flourishes and sweeping balconies, the venue charms with antique elegance while staging concerts, film premieres and live events in a modern, 600-seat setting.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (log in with the same method you used to purchase). Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free. Just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your order number.
Can I change the date or get a refund for my ticket?
Date changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts — please contact us with your ticket number. No refunds are given under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket (see below).
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
It lets you request a refund or an exchange if you decide not to attend, up to 48 hours before the show — no documentation required. Refunds return the full ticket price minus a 10% fee and may take 10+ days to appear on your statement (or arrive as a new voucher if you paid by coupon); exchanges give you a voucher of the same value to rebook the same experience for a new date and/or time. The ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and latecomers are not admitted.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with seating allocated on a first-come basis within your purchased category.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and hold tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early so we can try to seat your group together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are only sold through the Fever app or website, not at the venue.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show to be seated in your purchased category. Doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and out of respect for the performers and other guests, latecomers will not be admitted.
Is food or drink available?
No food is sold at the venue, but drinks can be purchased from the theatre's own bar.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately there is no parking at this venue, so we recommend not arriving by car.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the event takes place in a venue accessible for people with disabilities. Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free companion pass for their personal assistant — purchase your ticket first, then contact us with supporting documentation. Once approved, you'll receive a voucher in the Fever app for the free companion ticket, subject to availability; you'll need to show both tickets at the entrance.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at the venue, but guide dogs are welcome.
Can I use my phone or take photos during the show?
Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and other guests, we ask you not to leave your seat except in an emergency.
