Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

There is no physical sales point inside Literary Cabinet. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).

It's best to come at least 30 minutes early to sit down calmly. Remember, doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and if the concert has already begun, you won't be able to enter. We want to ensure the best experience for everyone!

The Candlelight: Valentine's Day Special in Gran Canaria lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.

For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Please mute your phone for the entire event. Put your phone away and connect with the music; you can only take photos and record videos without flash in the final piece when the musicians tell you to.

The pickup of your online purchases is handled directly at the venue on the day of the show. Returns and refunds of the "Pack of 3 candles" are not accepted as it is strictly associated with the date and location of the concert.

Pets can't attend the event. However, assistance dogs are welcome.
