A paid photo package: your photo is taken in a designated area before the concert, and you get one polaroid-style printed picture. The photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. Your QR code arrives in a separate email from your ticket and the photographer validates it at the venue. You can also buy it at the venue, by credit card only, while it is not sold out; website buyers have priority. You choose your picture before it is printed, staff print it during the concert and you collect it at the exit. Prints cannot be stored, and pictures left behind are not refunded or rescheduled. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
