Please inform a member of staff if you have epilepsy, because the lights will flash to get you hyped (unless it's for yoga!)

Description
Rave Fit is a dance cardio class, that uses a live DJ & immersive light display, to make you forget about how hard you are working! The space has huge LED screens, full-sized dance mirrors, a giant disco ball & a state of the art sound system, which elevates the ‘Rave’ experience to the next level. The class will get you sweating & smiling as you follow our energetic instructors fun & simple dance/rave moves. There are a couple of short strength sections to allow for a break from pure cardio, whilst you tone smaller muscle groups. A great mix of cardio & strength in our signature, action-packed, 45-minute 'Rave' workout!
