Meat-based Option

• Before: glass of prosecco, edamame beans on ice (Ve, GF, DF), spinach Ohitashi (GF)
• Small: aromatic duck gyoza, Ichimi pepper & smoked salt squid (GF, DF)
• Large: lime & cranberry miso salmon (GF), golden yellow chicken curry (GF, DF), selection of sides (sesame truffle green veans, or jasmine rice & nori seasoning) (GF, Ve, DF)
• Dessert: chilled chocolate fondant (GF)
• GF = gluten free, Ve = suitable for vegan, DF = dairy free

Vegan Option

• Before: glass of prosecco, edamame beans on ice, spinach Ohitashi
• Small: quinoa & pomegranate San Choy Bau, Agedashi tofu
• Large: soy glazed Tempeh, golden yellow curry, selection of sides served to share (sesame truffle green beans, jasmine rice with nori seasoning)
• Dessert: vegan chocolate fondant (not gluten-free)
