• McAquum: sausage and egg served in an English muffin, with cheese and hash browns on the side
• Topped Crumpet: crumpet with smoked salmon, cream cheese, spring onions and crispy shallots
• Eggs Benedict/Florentine (V): two poached Clarence Court eggs on an English muffin, served with streaky bacon or spinach and Hollandaise sauce
• Eggs Royale: two poached Clarence Court eggs on an English muffin with smoked salmon and Hollandaise sauce
• Full English: scrambled/fried/poached eggs with Cumberland sausage, streaky bacon, mushrooms, baked beans, grilled tomato, hash brown and toast
• Cheeseburger: double patty smashed burger with American cheese, served on a sesame seed bun with fries
• Vegetarian Full English (V): scrambled/fried/poached eggs with halloumi cheese,
  mushrooms, baked beans, grilled tomato, hash
  brown and toast
• Shakshuka (V): beans slow-cooked in a lightly spiced tomato and garlic sauce, baked with two eggs and topped with Greek yoghurt. Served in a cast iron skillet 
• Avocado On Toast (V): toast with smashed avocado, Urfa Biber chilli and poached eggs
• Chicken Waffle: deep-fried buttermilk chicken served with maple-glazed bacon, a fried egg and hot bourbon sauce
