Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print out your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the start and close 5 minutes before it begins. Latecomers will not be admitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people in wheelchairs.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this event is for ages 12 and over. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
Are there content warnings?
This experience includes themes and testimonies related to death resulting from a traffic accident, references to injuries and fatalities, as well as testimonies about grief and loss. The performance contains moments of intense emotional conflict.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different sections depending on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the section selected.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, our experiences may address mature themes: crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, injuries and emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Can tickets be bought at the box office?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. They can only be purchased in the Fever app or at feverup.com.
Will food and drinks be available to buy at the venue?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available to buy at this event.
How can I vote?
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code that will be displayed at the venue; it will take you directly to the voting page. If your camera doesn't scan automatically, use Google Lens or a third-party QR reader. Our staff can help you.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final bow, without flash.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so you can be seated together.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. There is a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy.
If I buy a flexible cancellation ticket, can I get a refund after all?
You can cancel it if you request it up to 48 hours before the start of the experience, by contacting us. The ticket will not be refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we will inform you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the venue, although we do accept service animals.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, there will be no parking at this venue; we recommend not coming by car.
