How long does the experience last?
The experience will last approximately 75-80 minutes.
Can I buy drinks at the venue?
Yes, there is a bar at the venue where you can buy drinks during the experience.
Are drinks included in the ticket price?
Yes, your ticket includes 4 themed cocktails.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
What language is the show in?
The experience will be in Spanish.
Are the seats numbered?
No, the seats are not numbered. They are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the zone you purchased.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything; just show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or in your email when you arrive at the venue.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are not available. You can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the original event, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.

Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for further assistance and make sure to include your order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with its QR code in the Fever app, in the tickets section. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can do so from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when you bought your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Carers are welcome at the event with free entry, on presentation of the relevant documentation at the entrance. Please note that the person who requires assistance must have a valid ticket.
