Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Teatro Principal - Manuel A. Segura, located at Jr. Huancavelica 261, Lima 15001, Peru.
What are the different ticket types available?
We have different zones depending on the visibility you want: Orchestra (Zones A, B, and C), Shared Boxes (1 ticket = 1 seat in a 6-person box), Central Gallery (level 2), Side Gallery (level 2, reduced visibility), Central Upper Gallery (level 3), and Side Upper Gallery (level 3, reduced visibility). All tickets are individual; each attendee must hold their own ticket to access any box, and none of them are sold as a group ticket.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant or carer. You must have already purchased your own ticket before applying; please contact us with the relevant documentation.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase; you'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket number. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account for free. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your zone. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; once it has started, entry to the room will not be allowed. The show will include an intermission halfway through.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes: the building is designed to be accessible for people using wheelchairs or crutches, but only in the Orchestra, Zone C section, where you'll need to purchase your ticket if you require this type of access.
Is there parking available?
No, the venue does not have its own parking.
Is food served?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. Note that side boxes have a maximum capacity of 3 people. We recommend arriving early so we can best accommodate you.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What is the flexible refund ticket and how do I request it?
The flexible refund ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before your experience starts (no documentation is required, though the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user). You can request your refund by contacting us directly.
