This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What are the different types of tickets?
There are two ticket categories: Category A and Category B.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase on site: they must all be bought via the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, contact us and send us all the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend the concert?
The concert is open to people aged 8 and over. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used for your purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
How are seats allocated? Can I sit with my friends?
Seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis, within your reserved category. You can sit with your friends if you all arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. In this case, we recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: simply click on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the room is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time stated on your original ticket. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at the Institut National des Jeunes Aveugles (INJA), 56 boulevard des Invalides, 75007 Paris.
How can I get there?
The venue is served by numerous public transport links. Metro: lines 10 and 13, Duroc station. Bus: lines 82 and 92, Duroc stop; lines 28 and 70, Hôpital des Enfants Malades stop.
Are there refreshments available on site?
No, no drinks or refreshments are available on site.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
No, unfortunately the INJA is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash. The artists will remind you of this during the concert.

Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the concert. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the start of the concert. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so that we can allocate you a seat within your reserved category. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins: if you arrive late, access to the room will not be possible.
What happens if the concert can't take place due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
