Inside this farm, LED lighting, hydroponics, and technology are used to grow a huge variety of rare herbs, microgreens, and edible flowers. In addition to using 95% less water than traditional agriculture, no pesticides or chemicals are used. The farm's clients include Michelin-starred restaurants such as Atera, Marea, Gotham Bar & Grill, Jeju Noodle Bar, & L'atelier de Joel Robuchon! On this tour, you will taste dozens of rare plant varieties, most of which are never available fresh in NYC.
