Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances — only a date/time change up to 48 hours before is permitted.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is possible once it has started.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
What ticket types are available?
Tickets are sold by zone — Zone A, Zone B or Zone C — depending on the view you'd like.
