What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are available for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying. Once you have purchased your ticket, contact us with proof of disability.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is in the Johannes neighbourhood of the Storhaug borough, in the centre of Stavanger. It can be reached on foot, by bike and by public transport.
Is food served at the venue?
No, there will be no food available for purchase.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
No, the venue is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat during the performance except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand: late arrivals will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if weather conditions affect the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
