Grand Pera Emek Sahnesi, nestled on Istanbul’s iconic İstiklal Caddesi, is a storied theater born from the 1924 Emek Sineması. With art-nouveau angels, rococo flourishes and sweeping balconies, the venue charms with antique elegance while staging concerts, film premieres and live events in a modern, 600-seat setting.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same login method you used when purchasing your ticket. You can also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to anyone you like. Simply tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, please get in touch with us. Don't forget to include your ticket order number in your message.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, please get in touch with us and provide the ticket number for your purchase. Alternatively, check whether there's an exchange option in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. If this option is available, a “Change date and/or time” button will appear; tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. Please note that no refunds are given under any circumstances.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?

What are the different seating areas?
The venue is divided into different sections based on view quality. Seats will be assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff. Seating is allocated according to the category you choose and on a first come, first served basis.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit next to your friends as long as you arrive together and you all have tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age limit for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend the event. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets sold at the door?
Tickets are not sold at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
When should I arrive at the venue?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event to be seated in your purchased category. Doors close 5 minutes before the event starts. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need assistance during this experience may request one free entry for their personal assistant or support worker. Please get in touch with us along with documentation showing that you need a companion ticket. Once we've received your documentation, and subject to eligibility, we'll provide you with a coupon that you can use to get your free companion ticket on the Fever app. Please note that you'll need to show this companion ticket together with your regular ticket when entering the venue.
Will there be food and drinks for sale at the venue?
There is no food for sale at the event venue, however you can buy drinks from the bar inside the theatre.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and other audience members, you should not get up from your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of our guests, we'd like to point out that all candles are flameless (electric).
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the show. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final song, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What happens if the event doesn't go ahead due to adverse weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), rest assured that we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring a pet? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event venue, however guide animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the event takes place in a venue that is accessible for people with disabilities.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available at this venue, so we recommend you don't come by private car.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
