Grand Pera Emek Sahnesi, nestled on Istanbul’s iconic İstiklal Caddesi, is a storied theater born from the 1924 Emek Sineması. With art-nouveau angels, rococo flourishes and sweeping balconies, the venue charms with antique elegance while staging concerts, film premieres and live events in a modern, 600-seat setting.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same method you used when purchasing your ticket. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to anyone you like. Simply click on the "Transfer tickets" option on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, please get in touch with us and include your ticket order number in your message.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do this, please contact us and provide the ticket number for your purchase. Alternatively, check whether there's an exchange option in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app; if this option is available, tap "Change date and/or time" and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?

What are the different seating areas?
The hall is divided into different sections based on view quality. Seats will be allocated at the entrance with the help of our staff. Seating is arranged according to the category you've chosen and on a first come, first served basis.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit next to your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do everything we can to help you sit together.
Is there an age limit for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend the event. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
Tickets are not sold at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event to be seated in your purchased category. Doors close 5 minutes before the event starts. Latecomers will not be admitted out of respect for the artists and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance during this experience may request one free ticket for their personal assistant or support staff. Please contact us with documentation showing that you need a companion ticket. Once we receive your documentation, and subject to availability, we'll provide you with a code you can use to get your free companion ticket in the Fever app. Please remember that you'll need to show this companion ticket together with your regular ticket when entering the venue.
Will food and drinks be sold at the venue?
Food is not sold at the event venue, but you can buy drinks at the bar inside the theatre.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and other members of the audience, you should not leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For the safety of our guests, we'd like to point out that all candles are flameless (electric/battery operated).
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the show. Photography and video are only permitted during the last song, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What happens if the event doesn't take place due to bad weather?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), rest assured that we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring a pet? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event venue, but guide animals are permitted.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at a venue that is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there is no car park at this venue, so we recommend you don't arrive by car.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
