Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. In that case, contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; check our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket number.
How long does the concert last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before it starts; the audience must be seated beforehand, and no entry to the venue will be allowed once the show has begun.
Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue; authorized staff may check attendees to prevent them from being brought in.
Is there parking available?
The venue has its own parking, with limited spots and an additional cost.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the entire building is designed to be accessible for people using wheelchairs or crutches.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must also remain on silent mode throughout the performance.
What are the different ticket types?
We have different zones and seats depending on the visibility you'd like.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request one free pass for their personal/support assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us with the corresponding documentation.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
What conduct rules and prohibited items should I be aware of?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you may not leave your seat during the performance except in an emergency. Authorized staff may check attendees to prevent prohibited or dangerous items (outside food and drinks, drugs, firearms or sharp objects) from entering. We reserve the right of admission and/or to ask attendees to leave in cases of intoxication, drug use, or any behavior that poses a risk to others.
