The Church of the "Holy Cross" (Santa Croce), the only Anglican place of worship from the 19th century in Palermo, was designed by architect William Barbel with the initiative and financial contribution of Joseph Witaker and Benjamin Ingam Junior. Built between 1871 and 1875, the church stands out for its unique architecture and decorations, in a fascinating combination of simplicity and richness, between Gothic and Byzantine styles.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the App Store). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile you used to purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge by forwarding the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to be assigned your seat within the purchased zone.
Will food or drink be available to buy?
Unfortunately, neither food nor drink will be available on site.
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have its own car park. We suggest reaching the venue using public transport or other sustainable alternatives.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests requiring assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Please contact us with documentation confirming the need for an assistant, and we will provide you with a code to purchase the free carer ticket.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
