The Church of the "Holy Cross" (Santa Croce), the only Anglican place of worship from the 19th century in Palermo, was designed by architect William Barbel with the initiative and financial contribution of Joseph Witaker and Benjamin Ingam Junior. Built between 1871 and 1875, the church stands out for its unique architecture and decorations, in a fascinating combination of simplicity and richness, between Gothic and Byzantine styles.

What are the different types of tickets available?
Three zones are available: Zone A, with excellent visibility; Zone B, with good visibility; Zone C, with average visibility.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early. Seats are assigned based on zone and order of arrival. The show starts on time and latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early: our staff will do their best to seat you together.

No. For everyone's safety, the candles are flameless.

You can take photos and videos only during the last piece, without flash, when the musicians indicate you may do so.

Your phone must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the show.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
You may not leave your seat during the show, except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
No. Tickets are not sold on-site: you must purchase them in advance through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free by sending the person the PDF with the barcode found in your confirmation email. For any questions, contact Fever support with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the event. Contact Fever support with your ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
No. If you need assistance, the ticket for your companion is free. Contact Fever support with a document certifying the need for assistance attached: you'll receive a code to get the free ticket. At the entrance you'll need to show the documents along with the tickets.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. The PDF with the barcode is also in your purchase confirmation email.
What happens if the weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
