Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and there is no entry once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
Drinks can be purchased on site.
Is there parking available?
We recommend parking at the Broadway Bradford shopping centre (accessible off Leeds Road); there are alternative car parks in the area too. Please note there is no onsite parking at this venue.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example, Middle or Higher rate DLA, a PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card). Each carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one other full-price ticket.
Does this venue have disability access?
Bradford Cathedral welcomes all visitors, but parts of the Cathedral and its grounds were built in medieval times, so some ground is uneven. There is flat access into the Cathedral from the Stott Hill entrance and through the North Door, and accessibility ramps on the north side allow access to the East End of the building. At certain points in the day, some areas may be darker, which can affect those with visual impairments. If you need or want help attending, please contact Fever Customer Support in advance.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
