Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us quoting your ticket number.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the start time so you can be seated within your zone.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Is food or drink served?

The venue does not sell food or drinks.

Is parking available?

The venue does not have its own parking.

Are there any special requirements for guests with accessibility needs?

Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us with the relevant supporting documentation.

Does this venue have disability access?

Guests in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility, and their companions, must purchase tickets in the First Floor zones (Premium, A, or B), which have suitable access. Second Floor zones are not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed except for service animals.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
