Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example, DLA, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card); we'll send you a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket. Each carer ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket, and you'll need to show your proof document together with your tickets to enter the venue.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and if you arrive late, you won't be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.

It's an optional paid photo experience: your photo is taken in a designated area before the event (the photo booth closes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early), you choose your favourite shot, and you'll receive a printed polaroid-style picture to collect at the exit. You'll get a QR code by email to show the photographer, and photos can also be bought on-site by card, subject to availability, if not sold out. Refunds aren't offered once your photo is taken, except if the experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
