The ticket you received in your email is personal and non-transferable, but you can purchase tickets for other people—companions, teams, etc.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
It follows Fever’s policy.

Is there assigned seating or is it first-come, first-served?
There is no assigned seating, only zoning. Allocation within a zone is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there parking at or near the venue?
Paid parking available directly at Sala São Paulo.

What is the event dress code?
Business chic—elegant but without the rigidity of a suit and tie.

Do I need to bring any document besides the ticket?
Ticket on your phone and an ID.

Will the event have simultaneous translation or subtitles?
