    Step into an intimate venue where the stage feels beautifully close. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.

    Let the atmosphere draw you in before the first dancer takes the stage. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

  4. Social Entry

    The “Social Entry” ticket is a ticket category that can be purchased by anyone, with no proof required. This ticket includes a $10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a nonprofit organization, already included in the ticket price.

What are the different ticket types?
Available zones: Zona VIP, Zona A, Zona B, Zona C. Each zone offers Inteira, Meia Entrada and Entrada Social tickets. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
What is the difference between the tickets, Inteira and Entrada Social?
Inteira: The standard ticket for the event; anyone can buy it. Entrada Social: This can also be bought by anyone, with no proof required. This ticket includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organisation, already included in the ticket price.

Can I buy a ticket at the event venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything, you just need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Customers who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 01 (one) free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. After purchasing your ticket (it is essential to have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Who can buy meia-entrada (half-price) tickets?
Students; Seniors; People with special needs (PNE) and their companion; Low-income young people; Teachers at state public schools and municipal school systems (early childhood, primary and secondary levels); Public security agents – Lei Municipal nº 9.321/2026 (municipal law); Any other category eligible for meia-entrada (half-price ticket) under current municipal, state or federal legislation. Everyone listed above must present a document proving their eligibility. Otherwise, they will not be able to benefit from the meia-entrada and will have to pay the full ticket price.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, contact us stating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
