Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play), logging in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print anything — just show your ticket(s) in the app or email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the show last?
60 minutes. No entry will be permitted once the show's scheduled start time has passed — arrive early to secure the best spot within your chosen zone.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their personal caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Who is eligible for half-price tickets?
Students, senior citizens, people with special needs (PNE) and their companion, low-income youth, and public-school teachers (early childhood, elementary and secondary levels). All of the above must present proof of eligibility; otherwise, the half-price rate cannot be applied and the full ticket price must be paid.
Is there food served?
No.
Is there parking available?
Yes, public parking is available nearby, subject to availability.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Can I take photos or record video during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken at appropriate moments, with the main screen dimmed and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No, for the safety of attendees all candles are LED.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts to choose a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will start on time and the audience should already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed into the show.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), rest assured we will notify you by email in advance.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required for the request, but the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
