Pets are not allowed, except service animals.

What are the ticket types?
There are full-price and half-price tickets for each zone of the auditorium, as well as the Entrada Social ticket. Each zone has a different price, depending on proximity to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue: all tickets must be purchased through the app or the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket on the app or via email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Anyone who needs assistance throughout the experience is entitled to request 1 (one) free pass for their personal assistant or support professional. After purchasing your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making the request), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
All guests must be 8 years or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students, seniors, people with special needs (PNE) and their companions, low-income youth, and teachers from state and municipal public school systems (early childhood, elementary, and high school levels). Everyone must present a document proving this status; otherwise, they won't be able to use the half-price rate and will need to pay full ticket price.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience begins. To do this, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I take photos or record videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken at the moments indicated by the musicians, with screen brightness turned down and no flash.

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to choose a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience should already be seated. If you arrive late, you won't be able to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and everyone has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
No: for everyone's safety, all candles are LED.
What is the Entrada Social ticket?
Anyone can buy it, no proof required. It already includes a R$5 donation to NGOs and nonprofit organizations.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
