Tickets are divided into sections with rates that change based on location and visibility. Once you're at Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona, our team will assign you a seat on a first-come, first-served basis within the category you booked.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit side by side. To guarantee this, it's essential that you enter the venue together and have purchased tickets in the same category. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the start so our team can easily seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona box office?
It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We advise you to arrive half an hour early to sit down calmly. The gate will close 5 minutes before the time indicated and no one will be allowed in later, protecting the acoustic experience.
Will there be food and drink service at Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona?

What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the indoor temperature of the venue goes hand in hand with the season. We recommend opting for layers or clothes suitable for the season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the show.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Forget strict dress codes. We recommend a casual outfit so you can enjoy the live music in total comfort and without complications.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Classic Rock in Strings in Barcelona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the utmost respect for the audience and musicians, leaving your seat will only be allowed if there is a real urgency.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Classic Rock in Strings in Barcelona?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same account you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. Your tickets are digital, and you don't need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Absolutely! You can transfer your tickets free of charge from the Fever app by clicking on the "Transfer tickets" button. If you need support, contact us with the reference number of your ticket.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Classic Rock in Strings be gifted?
Absolutely! Surprise anyone with a Gift Card valid for all Candlelight events in your country, letting them choose their ideal concert. If you've already bought a specific pass, send it free of charge using the "Transfer Tickets" tool in our app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
With this exclusive add-on, you'll enjoy a personalized photo session in a specially decorated area of Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona and receive an instant Polaroid-style capture as a keepsake.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona?
As long as there's availability, you can book your Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona experience on the day of the concert using a card. Keep in mind that we only accept card payments and that online bookings have priority over sales at the venue.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the session will close 10 minutes before the show begins. Please come half an hour early so our team can assist you.
When will I receive the photo?
Pick the photo you want printed - it'll be ready for you to collect when the concert ends. Make sure to take it with you when you leave, as our team can't keep it for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This special pack contains 3 decorative LED candles that simulate the glow and cozy ambiance of real light. They are the perfect alternative for adding warmth to your home in a clean and safe way.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.
Are pets or animals allowed in Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona? What about service animals?
Pets are not allowed in this experience, but if you need to attend with a guide or assistance dog, their entry is 100% guaranteed.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
