Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure you log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. In that case, please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the originally purchased event's start time, subject to availability.

What ticket types are available?

Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

No. All tickets must be purchased via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us with supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. (For Candlelight Junior events, concerts are for ages 5 and up, and the child ticket is valid up to age 12.)

How long does the experience last?

60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand and entry is not permitted once it has started.

Real Cercle Artístic de Barcelona (Carrer dels Arcs, 5, 08002 Barcelona).

How do I get to the venue?

By public transport: buses 67, A2, B20, B25, L95, V15 and V17 stop nearby; Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia train stations are the closest, with quick access via Portal de l'Àngel; metro lines also stop at Plaça Catalunya or Passeig de Gràcia; taxis stop on Via Laietana and at Plaça Catalunya. By car, the venue is in a pedestrian-only area; the nearest access point is Via Laietana.

Is parking available?

Yes, there are numerous public and private car parks in the area. The closest is the Savia Catedral car park, on Avenida de la Catedral.

Is food served?

No.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the venue is set up for people with reduced mobility and has wheelchair access. You should notify the coordinator or Fever staff at the entrance.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except service animals.

What is a flexible cancellation ticket?

It's an optional ticket (with an extra 10% charge) that lets you request a refund or change to your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. The refund is paid to your original payment method (or as a coupon, if you paid with one), minus that 10% flexible-option charge; the ticket is not refundable if transferred to another user.
