Shinka Ramen and Sake is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a can't miss deal for two - just in time for ramen season! Besides its birthday, Shinka is also celebrating its award as the top NYC ramen shop in the 2018 JapanFes Ramen Contest - second overall, against international contestants from Japan and NY. This is your chance to sample the ramen that took JapanFes by storm - Shinka's Bone Marrow Wagyu Brisket ramen, or another signature like the infused Smoked Duck ramen, or the exotic Miso Soy Milk vegan-friendly ramen. Paired with these delicious bowls is an equally mouth-watering starter of your choice - including the game-changing Bone Marrow Baos or honey-sriracha glazed Shinka Pork Ribs. You even get your choice of a flight of Sake or Shochu to share
