How long does the experience last and when should I arrive?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Please arrive 45 minutes before the concert starts; you'll be assigned a seat in the zone matching your purchase.

What happens if I'm late?

The concert starts on time, so you should be in your seat beforehand. If you arrive late, you won't be able to enter and no refund will be issued.

What's included with my ticket?

The ticket includes access to the classical music concert.

How do I know which seat is mine?

Your seat belongs to Zone A, B, C or D depending on the visibility of your purchase. On arrival, show your ticket and an usher will guide you to your section. Seats are assigned on a first-come basis within your purchased zone.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

From 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Flash photography and video are not allowed.

Can I get up or go to the bathroom during the show?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can't leave your seat except in an emergency.

No food or drink is available inside the concert hall. If the hotel bar is open, you can buy something before or after the concert, but not during the performance.
