Soup or Salad:

• Lobster Bisque: hearty traditional vegetable soup, borlotti beans, pasta
• Arugula Salad: garlic crisp romaine with homemade classic caesar dressing, fresh shaved parmesan cheese, croutons

Entrees:

• Rosemary Chicken: breaded chicken breast with a mustard sauce, served with gratin potatoes and spinach
• Grilled Salmon: Fresh Atlantic grilled salmon. Topped with an orange citrus sauce. Served with chile pasilla, creamy potatoes and broccolini
• Beef Brisket: Beef Brisket that is dry spice rubbed and smoked up to 12 Hours. Served with mashed potatoes and sweet buttered corn.
• Vegan Delight: Roasted Butternut Squash, grilled Portobello mushrooms, sautéed collard greens, kidney beans and avocado over a bed of quinoa and brown rice. Served with a champagne dressing.
