Our Commitment to the Planet
The goal of the Water Lantern Festival is always to leave venues in better shape than we found them. Following the “Leave No Trace” philosophy, we retrieve all the lanterns after the event and even remove waste already present in the water. Our lanterns are 100% sustainable: they are made from biodegradable rice paper, wooden bases, and LED candles that are reused and recycled to minimise our environmental impact.

• Help us protect the environment! To keep this event truly eco-friendly, we need your support: please use the recycling points for your personal waste.
• Make sure not to leave any rubbish in the green spaces or near the water.
