Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same login method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's nothing to print, just show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you'd like to make a change, please contact us with the ticket ID associated with your purchase. Alternatively, go to your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please consult our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person for free. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need further help, and include your ticket order number.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and drinks be available on site?
Drinks are available for purchase on site.
Is there parking available on site?
The public underground car park "Parkhaus Am Rathaus" is located close to the venue. Parking is available there at the operator's rates.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Is the venue accessible?
This venue is wheelchair accessible.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this venue, though service animals are always welcome.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets are not available at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal carer. Please contact us here with proof of your assistance requirement. Once we've received your proof, we'll provide you with a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), please rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.
Where is the experience taking place?
The experience takes place at the Steigenberger Grandhotel & Spa Petersberg, Petersberg, 53639 Königswinter, Germany. From Bonn main station, Petersberg can be reached in around 25–30 minutes by car or taxi. By public transport, take tram line 66 to „Königswinter CJD“, from where buses or taxis run to the Steigenberger Grandhotel & Spa Petersberg.
