What ticket types are available?

There are different zones and seats depending on the visibility you want.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Once you've bought your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. At Candlelight Kids concerts, the minimum age is 4.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.

How long does the concert last, and when should I arrive?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand, and no entry is permitted once the concert has started.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does this venue have disability access?

The whole building is designed to be accessible for people using wheelchairs or crutches.

Is there parking available?

The venue has its own parking lot (limited capacity) for an extra fee.
