You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID — refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more details.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your purchased zone.

Is food or drink served?

No.

Is parking available?

There's a parking lot with limited spaces, plus limited street parking and nearby lots.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
