Additional Information
🚫 Not suitable for individuals with spinal injuries, pregnant guests, those with poor cardiovascular health, recent joint replacement surgeries, mobility issues, vestibular, or unpredictable blood sugar problems. All participants must be able to stand unaided for approximately 2 hours.

📏 Guests must meet the weight requirements: minimum of 100 lbs (45 kg) and maximum of 260 lbs (117 kg).

👟 For your comfort and safety, closed-toe shoes are suggested. Shoes with any heel may pose challenges. Please dress in weather-appropriate layers and avoid wearing hats.

👶 The experience is open to those 12 years and older, provided they weigh at least 100 lbs. Minors under 18 must either be accompanied by a parent or an adult over 21 with a signed waiver from the parent.

🕒 Guests MUST arrive 30 minutes before the tour time for essential Segway training.

💰 In case of cancellations by us due to rain or inclement weather, full refunds will be provided.
