Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility) and Zone B (great visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need any extra help, please get in touch with us. Make sure you include your ticket order number.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can see our Terms and Conditions. A Flexible Cancellation add-on can be purchased, which offers an alternative policy.
Can I get a refund if I bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it no later than 48 hours before the experience starts. All you need to do is contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 45 minutes before the experience starts and close 5 minutes before the start. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the other guests.
Can I buy food and drinks at the event?
You can buy food and drinks at this event; however, please note that there will be no gluten-free or vegan options.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat unless there is an emergency.
