Sir Francis Drake’s ship is the perfect venue for showcasing at least 15 bespoke craft rums from independent producers and bottlers from across the globe. Craft spirits have a story and with rum, that story includes the distiller, the distillery, the terroir, the sugar cane and the techniques that have been used to result in the exquisite liquid that ends up in the bottle.
