Albert Palais Events is housed in a beautifully restored 1920s Art Deco ballroom in Sydney’s Inner West. Once a grand dance hall, this heritage-listed venue retains its original elegance and charm, featuring ornate ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and sweeping staircases. A landmark of the local community, it offers a unique blend of historic character and contemporary event facilities.

What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring soul to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Can I purchase drinks on-site?
Yes, there is an on-site bar from which you can purchase beverages before and during the experience.
Can I purchase food on-site?
Yes, Albert Palais has a fully licensed bar, with food that can be purchased throughout and before the show. Guests can enjoy classic bar snacks like chips, arancini and calamari, mains including fish & chips, burgers and wings, and a selection of beautiful desserts.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights. Health notice: smoke machines will be used as part of the venue’s effects. If you have any conditions that could be affected by smoke, please take this into consideration before attending. Additionally, for any accessibility needs or special requests, please email us.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. For private or large group sessions, please see our groups page.
Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your QR Code ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you haven’t downloaded the app, you can download it from Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Is it necessary to buy a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.

This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 30 minutes before the experience begins. Seating is first come, best served, and the show runs for approximately one hour.
What happens if I arrive late?
No late entry is permitted as this would disrupt the show for other attendees.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, there are toilets available on-site, please ask our staff for directions.

Is there parking available on site?
There is a council car park on Hay Street offering 2 hours of free parking.
Are service animals allowed at the venue?
Yes, service animals are welcome inside the venue. However, no other pets or animals are allowed.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Food or beverages purchased elsewhere are not permitted at the venue.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the venue.

No, there is no cloakroom available on-site.
What do I do if I accidentally leave any of my belongings behind at the venue?
If you leave behind any of your belongings at the event you should phone the venue or drop by to see if your item has been found.

Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and/or record the experience.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility) and Zone B (great visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
