Yes, parking is available near the venue. Guests can access street parking in the surrounding area, and there are public parking areas throughout Eumundi within a short walk of the hotel. Availability may vary on market days (Wednesdays and Saturdays) due to increased visitor numbers.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us for more information.

Yes, the venue has disability access. Guests requiring wheelchair or step-free access should enter via the upper car park, which provides the most accessible route into the venue. For wheelchair assistance, email us so we can notify onsite staff.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand — in the event of late arrival, you will not be allowed to enter the show, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.

This optional add-on offers a unique photo experience in a specially designated area, with a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). It can also be bought at the venue while supplies last (card only, no cash), but online buyers get priority. Photos are taken before or after the show, ending 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll get a separate QR code by email to show the photographer, and you'll collect your printed photo at the exit — photos can't be kept for you afterward, and no refund or rescheduling is offered if you forget to collect yours.

By bus: local routes connect to Noosa, Cooroy and surrounding areas, with stops within walking distance. By train: Eumundi Railway Station is about a 10-minute walk away. By car: it's approximately 25 minutes from Noosa Heads, 30 minutes from Maroochydore, and 1 hour 45 minutes from Brisbane.
