The Oratorio di San Filippo Neri in Bologna is a restored late Baroque religious structure in the center of Bologna. It is located on Via Manzoni. The Oratory was built from the sacristy of the adjacent church of Madonna di Galliera. This church is now called Chiesa dei Filippini Madonna di Galliera and Filippo Neri.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code will also be in your purchase confirmation email.
What ticket types are available?
There are 5 ticket types: Front Row, Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (average visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their companion. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us with the necessary documentation.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the experience by contacting us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For select events, a Flexible Refund Ticket is available, which allows you to get a full refund by contacting us at least 48 hours before the start of the experience, with no documentation required. The ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another user.
