The lunch menu consists of:

• A starter, to choose from: wakame salad, edamame or miso soup
• A first course, to choose from: chicken and vegetable gyozas, vegetable tempura, nigiris (to choose from the menu), temaki (salmon, spicy salmon and fish with truffle), salmon tartar or assorted gunkan
• One entrée, choice of: chicken teriyaki, udon with shrimp, crispy maguro, eby roll, california special or tempura crunch
• A dessert of your choice: mini chocolate coulant, apple and cinnamon gyozas or ice cream

The ramen menu consists of:

• A starter, to choose between: wakame or edamame salad
• Ramen, to choose from the menu, for example: miso ramen (chashu, poached egg, spring onion, wakame and tofu), shoyu ramen (tempura shrimp, poached egg, wakame and spring onion), mazesoba (avocado, spring onion, tofu, quail egg and panko chicken) or tori ramen (spring onion, gyozas, tempura vegetables and wakame)
• Dessert or coffee of your choice: mini chocolate coulant, apple and cinnamon gyozas or ice cream

The executive menu consists of:

• Aperitif
• Special wakame salad
• Tempura Tiger
• Sky Moriwase: 4 urakamis, 4 special nigiris and 3 sashimis
• Stir-fry or ramen (your choice)
• Dessert or coffee
