Hawaiian gourmet menu
A poke, choose from:
Salmon lovers: Fresh salmon cubes marinated in poke sauce, served on your favourite base with edamame, wakame, corn, cucumber and crispy onion. We finish it with kimchi mayo, teriyaki sauce, sesame and chives for a creamy, fresh and flavourful poke.
Pulled veggie: Our vegan Pulled Vegano from jackfruit tree and mushrooms marinated with yuzu ponzu sauce, accompanied by cucumber, edamame, semi-dried tomato, pico de gallo, guasacaca, crushed corn nuts and poppy seeds. A fresh and light veggie option.
Poke Chicken Teriyaki: Juicy roasted chicken with teriyaki sauce, sweet mango, fresh pico de gallo, cream cheese and crispy onion. Finished with chives and sesame seeds for a creamy, crunchy and flavourful poke. A very addictive sweet and savoury combination.
Mediterranean poke bowl: Juicy roasted chicken on a base of black rice and romaine lettuce, with fresh cucumber, semi-dried tomato, pickled onion, mozzarella pearls and walnuts. We finish it with pesto mayo, chives and a touch of extra virgin olive oil for a fresh, creamy and very Mediterranean poke.
If you wish, you can remove any ingredient to make the poke to your liking
A smoothie, choose from:
Red immune smoothie. Apple, strawberry and banana juice
Orange tropical smoothie. Mango, pineapple, and apple juice
Blackberry smoothie. Apples, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries and apple juice
