FAQs Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. There's no need to print anything.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
What different ticket types are there?
The venue is divided into zones A, B, C, Gallery and Side (no view), based on view quality. Seats are assigned to you at the entrance within your zone, in order of arrival.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving with plenty of time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to get your seat within your booked zone.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Indoor, with assigned seating.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please check our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Please contact us with proof of need after purchasing your own ticket; you'll then receive a voucher for the free companion ticket, subject to availability. Both tickets must be shown at entry.
Is food or drink available?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks are available for purchase on site.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, except for the gallery (Empore), which is not accessible.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece, without flash, when indicated by the musicians.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
