Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

What different ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C, D, as well as for the side aisle and the organ loft.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where does the experience take place?

The experience takes place at the Offene Kirche St. Nikolai (Alter Markt, 24103 Kiel). Note: despite the heating, the church can get cold during winter months, so we recommend bringing a warm jacket. From late October, blankets are also handed out by the on-site team.

How do I get to the venue?

St. Nikolai is located at Alter Markt and can be reached via, among others, Holtenauer Straße.

Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.

Does the venue have disability access?

Yes, there is an accessible entrance at the main entrance.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets must be purchased via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. After purchasing your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents; once received, we'll provide a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket (subject to availability). Please show both tickets at entry.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before.
