What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D, as well as for the side aisle and the organ loft.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or website (www.feverup.com).

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you have purchased your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we receive them, we will send you a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both your regular ticket and the carer ticket at the entrance.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the concert starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, check our T&Cs.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Does the concert take place indoors?

Yes, the concert takes place indoors, at the Offene Kirche St. Nikolai. In the winter months the church can feel cool despite the heating, so we recommend wearing a warm jacket; from late October the on-site team also hands out blankets.

How do I get to the venue?

The concert takes place at Offene Kirche St. Nikolai on Alter Markt in Kiel (24103 Kiel), reachable via Holtenauer Straße, among other routes.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are unfortunately not allowed at the venue, but service animals are welcome.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there is wheelchair-accessible access at the church's main entrance.
